Iced Chocolate for Brain Health 🍫

This iced chocolate is a Knoops dupe—but helps reduce anxiety, boost brain function, and promote relaxation + your gut microbiome. Packed with ingredients that support mood stability, this milk will give you a amazing start to your day.

🛒 Ingredients for Brain Health

  • 2 tbsp unsweetend cocoa powder (rich in magnesium for relaxation)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp light maple syrup (provides minerals and sweeteness, optional)
  • 1 cup any milk (pro tip: oat milk to cleanse your heart and boost digestion!)
  • 1 soft-boiled egg (packed with protein and tryptophan to increase serotonin)
  • Optional: a sprinkle of salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Turn on the gas and heat up a small saucepan. Add the water and let boil.
  2. Add in the cocoa powder and sweetener (if you want) and whisk to disintegrate.
  3. Simmer for about 1-2 minutes or until reached desired "syrup" consistency.
  4. Switch off the gas and set aside to cool.
  5. Add some ice into a glass and pour in your milk of choice. My personal favorite is oat milk (amazing for your gut and heart health, also tastes great). Normal milk will provide essential amino acids and Vitamin D to fight depression!
  6. Pour in the syrup and stir or shake to combine (you can also store this syrup in the refrigerator for up to a week).
  7. This quick and easy iced chocolate cleanses your heart, heals your gut, is great for your skin and eyes (thanks to fatty acids), and is high in fiber and magnesium to combat depression/anxiety AND antioxidants to prevent cancer. Enjoy!
